A deposit of $485 is due upon registration to hold your place in class. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the course date and will be charged to your credit card as provided.
Our training classes are booked well in advance and with class registration positions being at a premium, please be advised that there are no refunds on deposits or course fees once paid. However, deposits and/or fees are transferable to other course dates as available and are also assignable to another individual up to 12 months from the date of deposit providing written notification is received no later than 14 days in advance of the course date. Monies paid will be forfeited after 1 year and a day.
Your place in the class is not secured until the deposit and the signed Training Contract is returned to the academy. We operate on a “first come, first serve” basis, therefore, it is important that the Training Contract is returned as soon as possible to ensure the student’s spot in the course.
It is the responsibility of the registrant to have the course date verified in writing by the school prior to making provisions for time off, hotel bookings, flight reservation or other commitments to avoid miscommunication or misunderstanding.
The student is responsible for daily class attendance and punctuality. Incomplete training as a consequence of missed days or tardiness falls on the shoulders of the student.
