Micro-Pigments Affiliate Program Agreement

Effective Date: 28 April, 2026

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Micro-Pigments Affiliate Program (“Program”).

By applying to or participating in this Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The Micro-Pigments Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote our products using a unique referral link and earn commissions on qualified sales.

“Qualified Sales” means completed purchases made through your unique affiliate link, tracked through our system.

2. Enrollment & Approval

To participate, you must submit an application with accurate and complete information.

To be approved for the program, applicants must:

1. Be a PMU artist, tattoo artist, or training facility.

2. Use or commit to using Micro Pigments in your professional work.

3. Have a healthy social media presence with a minimum of 1,000 followers.

4. Completed the Color Through the Skin education course (available here)

5. Agree to and follow the Chanco Beauty Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

6. Have a genuine passion for pigment!

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Applications may be rejected if your content or platform:

• Promotes misleading, harmful, or unethical practices

• Contains offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

• Misaligns with the standards and reputation of Chanco Beauty

• We may remove affiliates at any time if these standards are no longer met.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link.

You agree to:

• Use only your assigned tracking link

• Promote Micro-Pigments and Tootaloo products honestly and accurately

• Not manipulate tracking, cookies, or attribution systems

  Credits are only earned on sales properly tracked through your link.

4. Credit Structure

• Affiliates earn store credit on qualified product sales made through their link

• Credit rates will be outlined within your affiliate dashboard or onboarding materials

• Chanco Beauty reserves the right to update commission structures at any time

• Credits are calculated based on the final purchase amount after any discounts, promotions, store credits, or taxes have been applied.

5. Store Credit Allocation Terms (Net 30)

Store credits are added on a Net 30 basis. This means credits are allocated 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was completed.

Credit is only issued on:

• Completed and fulfilled orders

• Orders not refunded, cancelled, or disputed

We reserve the right to:

• Withhold commissions during review periods

• Adjust credit in the case of refunds, chargebacks, or errors

6. Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of our brand, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Running paid ads using Chanco Beauty brand keywords

• Posting affiliate links or codes on coupon, deal, or cashback websites

• Sharing discount codes in a way that encourages “deal hunting” rather than genuine promotion

• Misrepresenting products, results, or claims

• Self-referrals or purchasing through your own link

• Incentivizing purchases through rebates, rewards, or compensation

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate removal from the program

• Forfeiture of unpaid commission credits

7. Brand Representation

Affiliates must represent Chanco Beauty and Micro-Pigments with integrity and professionalism.

You agree to:

• Use only approved branding, messaging, and assets when provided

• Avoid making medical, clinical, or guaranteed claims

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required (FTC/Canadian guidelines)

8. Responsibility & Compliance

As an affiliate, you agree to:

1. Post at least twice a month promoting Chanco Beauty on your social media channels.

2. Use Micro Pigments products in your clinic, studio, or training facility.

3. Represent the brand honestly and ethically in all promotions and communications.

4. Avoid any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.

5. Comply with all relevant advertising laws and guidelines, including FTC disclosure requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Your content, platform, and audience engagement

• Compliance with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and disclosure requirements

• Maintaining accurate account and payment information

9. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.

We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate this Agreement

• Your actions negatively impact the brand

• Your activity becomes inactive or non-compliant

Upon termination:

• All affiliate links must be removed

• Any pending commissions may be reviewed or withheld

10. Limitation of Liability

Chanco Beauty is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Tracking errors outside of our control

  Our total liability will not exceed the commissions paid to you within the previous 12 months.

11. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
